Ingredients
- 5 Potatoes (Diced)
- 2 Onions (Diced)
- 300g Mince meat
- 4 Eggs
- Shredded Cheese (Any Kind)
- 1 Tablespoon of Tomatoes paste
- Mixed Spices (7 spices)
- 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric
- Chopped Parsley
- Salt & Pepper for taste
Steps
- Sauté the diced onions into a pan until they are translucent.
- Add the mincemeat with the mixed spices (7 Spices)
- Let it cook until browned.
- In another pan add the diced potatoes, and let it cook until they are soft but not too golden brown.
- In a large bowl, add the cooked mincemeat and cooked potatoes
- Add the 4 eggs, a tablespoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of turmeric, and the chopped parsley.
- Mix them together.
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray
- Add the Shredded Cheese on top of the mixture
- Let it bake for 20 Minutes
- Leave it to rest to cool down and ready to serve.
