Ingredients
- 5 Cups of flour
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Cup of Ghee
- 1 Cup of Oil
- Blanched Almonds
- A few drops of Orange Blossom Water
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: Flour, powdered sugar and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl add the ghee and oil, then add it to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined into a dough.
- Wrap the dough and place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat the over at 180°c
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Using your finger, make an indentation in the centre of each ball.
- Dip the almond in the orange blossom, then press an almond into the centre
- Bake the Ghraiba until they start to crack.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
